Standing desks are a great way to relieve back pain, increase your focus, and experiment with desk form and function. Today's featured workspace is an antique tool chest repurposed as a beautiful and functional standing desk.
Lifehacker reader Jamie Rev used his transition to a standing desk as an opportunity to break away from traditional desk shapes. Rather than loft up a standard desk to standing height he instead repurposed his grandfather's beautiful solid wood tool chest. With the addition of a matching stand the tool chest became a perfect and storage-packed standing desk with just enough room for him to stand and write or use his laptop paired with his wall-mounted HDTV—which does double duty as an external monitor and an office television.

If you have a workspace of your own to show off, throw the pictures on your Flickr account and add it to the Lifehacker Workspace Show and Tell Pool. Include some details about your setup and why it works for you, and you just might see it featured on the front page of Lifehacker.
