Mac only: Cloud-based backup service Mozy is out with their 2.0 release. While the majority of changes are quiet, background algorithm and efficiency improvements, the app now has a more native, Mac-like look, and queries to choose files are more advanced.

In general, the improvements to Mozy 2.0 for Mac are based around stability, speed, and the processes that happen before and after a backup. Both Home and Professional users get more advanced file sorting and search to find the stuff on their hard drive that needs backing up, however. Local hard drive backup doesn't seem to be part of the offerings, as it is in the 2.0 for Windows release—perhaps because Mozy figures Time Machine has that aspect all wrapped up.

Mozy 2.0 is a free download for Mac systems for users utilizing the free 2 GB of online space for home users; unlimited home and business plans can be picked up for a monthly price.
