Windows/Mac/Linux (AIR): If you like getting news and article links from Twitter but can't organize your reading, free app Lazyscope puts those links in a Google Reader-style interface that lets you read content inline and save articles for later.
RSS is a great way to keep up with sites you like, but the great thing about Twitter is that it often points you to articles you'd like from outlets you don't necessarily follow regularly. Lazyscope combines both Twitter and RSS into one, unified reader that lets you read content from both sources in another pane, without having to open them up in a separate window. It's essentially a fully featured Twitter and RSS client, combining the best features of both into one app.
You can also import your Google Reader feeds and star items to read later, which is great if you don't have time to read an article every time it shows up in your Twitter feed. Check out the video above for a demonstration.
Lazyscope is a free download for all platforms supporting Adobe AIR.
