Firefox only: We've all had moments where we've accidentally typed our password in the wrong box, misspelled our name or address, or for any other reason want to delete one saved form entry. Extension Form History Control lets you do just that.
You can already delete all saved form entries from within Firefox, but this certainly isn't ideal. We fill out a lot of internet forms and text boxes every day, and Form History Control is a great way to keep track of your privacy as well as keep your browsing convenient. From the extension's window you can selectively delete any saved form entry, which is simple enough in its own right and should probably be built into Firefox.
The extension can be much more powerful, however. If you have a very full database of form entries, you can use the advanced search option to find information by its name, value, or when it was used. You can also manage form entries from the web pages themselves, through Firefox's context menu. If you're sick of clearing your form history just because of misspelled or private entries, this extension will make your life quite a bit easier.
Form History Control is a free download, works wherever Firefox does.
