Originally designed on the Ben Heck Show for travelling on airplanes, this laptop mod actually looks like it would be useful in a multitude of situations, especially if you're the type that likes to watch movies on your computer. You'll need some fairly heavy-duty tools to pull this mod off, including a soldering iron, Dremel, a multimeter, and a utility knife, but if you've got the DIY skills, this is actually a really cool mod to try out.
