You'll need a BitTorrent client that supports RSS feeds (the author recommends uTorrent) and a handful of other utilities. You'll also need to create some batch files, but the author provides examples and even downloadable samples. There's a fair bit of work involved here, but when you're done, you'll have all the videos you want queued up and ready for syncing to your iPod.
