Yeah, people are going to ask where you’re going. They’ll probably find out even if you don’t tell them. I wouldn’t worry about the ‘bad blood between companies’ part if other folks have defected there too—and as long as your contract doesn’t say you’re not allowed to work at a competitor. Read more
