Thanks. The support this extension option (which is never enabled by default) rewrites Amazon URLs (that don't already include a referrer) with a referral link. As Scott said, you should still see a scrollbar when you hover over the sidebar. It's a less in-your-face scrollbar, and it's only visible when you're ready to use it. :) Read more
